How we clean
A careful wash. For every fibre.
Each rug is handled as its own piece, not put through a single factory setting.
Pre-treatment
A targeted pre-spray goes on stains and high-traffic areas and is left to work before the wash.
Deep wash
We wash to the fibre with fibre-safe chemistry, lifting soil, odour and allergens without being rough on the pile.
Rinse & neutralise
A thorough rinse removes residue. pH is brought back to a safe range to limit resoiling and protect the fibre.
Dry & final groom
The rug dries in a controlled space. The pile is then groomed so it returns looking even and finished.

How long does rug cleaning take?
Most rugs take 5 to 7 working days, including drying and grooming. Delicate or heavily soiled pieces may need longer.
Is it safe for wool and silk?
Yes. We test for colour-fastness and match chemistry, temperature and handling to the fibre before we wash.
Do you collect and return rugs?
Yes. Door-to-door collection and delivery are available throughout Kuala Lumpur.
Can every stain be removed?
Most stains improve a great deal. Permanent dye loss, bleach marks or long-set damage may not fully reverse.
How should I prepare?
Clear small items from the rug. We will roll and move it safely when we arrive.
Do you provide protection treatment?
Yes. An optional protector helps resist future spills and makes routine care easier.
